We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our civil and roads projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically managing and delivering projects from contract award to close-out, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, including commercial and financial management, leading project teams, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and reviewing project progress
  • Adjusting resources, finances, and schedules as needed
  • Leading and managing project teams
  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • 5 years of proven experience in major construction and infrastructure project delivery
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management
  • Strong experience in contract administration and management
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry and Australian Standards
  • Proficiency in using project management software suites and ERP systems

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to apply mature judgment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing diverse roads and infrastructure projects
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and motivate teams
