Strategic Transactions Manager

Perigon Group is seeking a seasoned professional to support transactions on modelling, funding and analysis. This role is well suited to candidates with expertise in financial markets.
About the RoleIn this position, you will lead a team of analysts, overseeing a portfolio of complex transactions and developing robust fund models maximising investor returns, cashflow and meeting complex legal arrangements. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rigorous risk management controls, ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines. And taking part in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement of processes.

- 5+ years experience and advanced financial modelling experience ideally related to investments focus such as investment banking, credit, project finance, real estate funds management
- Candidates with CFA qualifications are highly regarded
