Vehicle Damage Assessor

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our motor claims department, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess vehicle damage to determine the extent of the damage and ensure accurate estimates.
  • Oversee the quality of the claims process to ensure that it is efficient and effective.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations to prevent fraud and protect our customers.
  • Detect and reduce fraud in the claims process.
  • Achieve fast turnaround times and control costs to ensure that our business remains competitive.

About you:

  • You must have a trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
  • You should have experience in estimating and assessing.
  • You must hold a current driver's license.
  • Experience with watercraft assessing would be an advantage.
