Key Responsibilities:- Provide phone and email-based problem-solving support for customers and installers.
- Generate cases via CRM to track and resolve customer enquiries.
- Answer technical product enquiries and develop comprehensive solutions.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
- Develop, update, and manage technical documentation for product commissioning.
