Electronics Systems Lead
\We are looking for a talented Electronics Systems Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
\Responsibilities:\- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including sensor integration, power delivery, and embedded control.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and design teams to build seamless, high-reliability systems.
- Drive rigorous design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and continuously raise the bar on quality and execution.
By combining first-principles thinking with detail-obsessed craftsmanship, you will help make us not just technically world-class but emotionally alive.
\Requirements:\- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of professional electronics engineering experience, with proven expertise in high-speed board design and robust power regulation/distribution.
- Proficiency with Altium (or equivalent) for schematic and PCB layout, demonstrating meticulous signal integrity, grounding, and manufacturability.
Familiarity with embedded programming (C, Rust, or equivalent), oscilloscopes, power supplies, and simulation tools will be advantageous.
