At the forefront of innovation, we seek a seasoned electronics design engineer to spearhead our hardware development endeavors.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead electronic project design and development activities from concept to manufacturing, ensuring seamless execution and quality excellence.
  • Act as a product lead and subject matter expert, guiding clients and project teams through technical expertise and mentorship.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the hardware team by fostering skills development and knowledge sharing among colleagues.
  • Ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards in accordance with our company's quality management system.
  • Effectively estimate current and future work requirements for the hardware team, driving efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews of hardware designs and documentation to guarantee precision and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and project managers on all electronics design matters.
  • Promote continuous improvement of hardware design processes, procedures, systems, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid working visa.
  • Hold a relevant degree from a reputable university (e.g., Bachelor of Electronics Engineering).
  • possess at least 7 years of professional experience as an electronics design engineer.
  • Be registered as a professional engineer in Victoria (if based in Victoria).
  • Be proficient in designing analog and digital electronics.
  • Have experience in designing electronic products from concept to manufacture.
  • Be skilled in Altium schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
