As a senior electronics engineering leader, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and building a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering and leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Job Description
  • Provide technical vision and leadership to the electronics engineering group, ensuring high-quality products are developed and maintained in accordance with quality system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain electronics engineering methods and approaches for hardware development and/or maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and authorize electronics engineering approach on all projects and programs either directly or through delegation of authority.
  • Establish and maintain the engineering technology roadmap.
  • Recruit skilled engineers in line with program and business needs, focusing on establishing a high-performance team.
  • Assess engineer performance in accordance with Danaher performance appraisal processes.
Requirements
  • Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering, with at least 5+ years' management and/or program management experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire people to meet their potential.
  • Highly developed documentation and communication skills.
  • Track record of solving complex technical problems.
