Business Solutions Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Analyst to drive the design, delivery, and optimization of business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in PEGA platform and a proven track record in fraud/scam prevention or business banking projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to translate them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
  • Design and configure PEGA applications to support fraud workflows and business banking processes.
  • Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with PEGA developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, compliant designs.
  • Support implementation phases including UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to fraud prevention best practices and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5–8 years as a Business Analyst or Tech BA in financial services or consulting, with direct experience on the PEGA platform (PRPC, BPM, Smart Investigate frameworks).
  • Domain expertise in fraud prevention, scam detection, AML/KYC, or business banking operations, including alert handling and case management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process flows, decisioning, and integration requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
