About Business Analysis Role
">We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.
">The ideal candidate will be a strong Business Analyst with good analysis and problem-solving skills.
">- Decomposing features into user stories, reflecting benefits, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and priorities to enable a feasible solution scope to be estimated for and developed.
- Providing good understanding and previous experience of Agile, supporting the team with effective performance of Agile activities, ceremonies, and show cases.
- Leading and communicating effectively, managing relationships and communications with stakeholders, customers, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Supporting business stakeholders and product owners to develop their ideas and provide guidance.
- Working with other roles such as designers, developers, testers, and architects to connect business needs with technology solutions.
- Effectively communicating requirements, managing conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure stakeholders and the delivery team remain in agreement on solution scope and benefits during the initial project phases.
- Previous experience in Distributed Agile and Scrum Master experience are optional.
