Key Responsibilities

The role involves developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies across various channels to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales. You will be responsible for market research, analyzing target audience demographics, preferences, and media consumption habits.

  • Develop advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis and develop insights that inform advertising decisions.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources across different channels and campaigns.
  • Oversight of creative development for advertising materials, including print ads, digital banners, video commercials, and social media content.
  • Negotiate and secure advertising placements with media outlets, ensuring optimal reach and frequency.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration with internal teams (marketing, sales) and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications / Skills and Experience

This role requires a strong understanding of advertising principles, media planning, and creative development. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in advertising management with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
