About the Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns to align with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Advise senior executives and clients on effective advertising approaches to engage target audiences, enhance brand awareness, and highlight the key benefits of products and services.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of advertising campaigns, including coordinating artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and preferences through data analysis to optimize advertising efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and forecast consumer trends and market demands, leveraging insights to guide future advertising strategies and decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate potential demand and the characteristics of markets for new and existing products and services.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by developing and executing marketing plans, recommending pricing strategies, and advising on distribution channels and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of advertising strategies, media platforms, market research, and market trends.

- Excellent project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.

- Expertise in market research and analyzing consumer trends.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in advertising, media, or marketing.
