Our state-of-the-art platform eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure and replaces manual processes with automation at scale.
The Product Management team is accountable for ensuring the lending product suite meets customer goals, legal and regulatory obligations, and operational targets. The Lead Product Manager will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver our lending product roadmap, contributing to defining vision and strategy, growing key strategic areas, and assessing competitive and market landscapes.
- Defining vision and strategy for strategic domains
- Assessing competitive and market landscapes to inform decision-making
- Determining, developing, measuring, and analysing metrics to drive insights and iterate toward best outcomes
- Contributing to cross-functional teams and direction to long-term strategic planning to address complex business issues
- Evangelising products internally and externally, guiding products through development, and advocating for best outcomes
We're looking for an experienced product manager who has worked on regulated lending products in the Australian market or launched B2B/SaaS products. You'll have experience with iterative hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation, a bias towards action, and an ownership mindset. Experience working with diverse stakeholders and driving alignment is also essential.
