Job Opportunity: Senior Associate/Special Counsel - Plaintiff Personal Injury Law

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join our team in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out full-spectrum carriage of your own files, including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, and providing technical legal advice.
  • Liaise with third parties, brief counsel, and attend court/settlement conferences.

Requirements:

  • Admitted solicitor in NSW with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, including work injury damages.
  • Strong legal technical knowledge, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Client-centric and results-driven approach.
  • Ambitious and commercially astute.
