Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Commercial Litigation team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and regulatory investigations, with experience in briefing counsel, drafting correspondence, and preparing advices. You will be responsible for assisting with proceedings and working closely with our Partners and Special Counsel to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with significant corporate litigation and regulatory investigations;
  • Brief counsel and draft correspondence;
  • Prepare advices and assist with proceedings;
  • Work closely with our Partners and Special Counsel to deliver outstanding results for our clients;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in commercial litigation and regulatory investigations;
  • Quality post-qualification experience from a reputable disputes practice;
  • Commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience;
  • Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation and strong academic results;
  • An ability to thrive in an independent yet collaborative environment, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a drive to engage with clients and Counsel directly;
