About the Role

RPS Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Katherine, Northern Territory. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale Defence projects on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship and a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated recent construction project experience, preferably in a client-side or Defence project management role.
  • Professional qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and experience in managing construction contracts and contract administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with Microsoft Project desirable.
