Job Title: Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field, such as construction management, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
