Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing working relationships, problem-solving, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex projects and programs, developing strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective mitigation and resolution.
  • Chair project/site meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring effective utilization and optimization.
  • Develop and implement project quality management plans, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Manage project safety and environmental requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and other relevant documents.

Requirements

  • A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, with experience in project management software, such as Primavera.
  • Defence clearances will be highly regarded.
