- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management, project management, engineering, or architecture.
- 3+ years of industry experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced Microsoft skills, with experience in project management software and tools.
- Defence clearances will be highly regarded.
