About the Role

The Payroll Officer position is a vital component of our team, accountable to the Operational Team Leader and Payroll Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process pay files and facilitate pay-related processes, including system changes
  • Deal with complex queries and communicate effectively with internal staff and external agency employees and clients
  • Meet deadlines and contribute to achieving team goals, working towards daily targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong payroll knowledge and proficiency in numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • A quick learner, able to thrive in a high-volume environment
