Aboriginal Health Improvement Specialist

As a vital member of an Aboriginal Health team, you will play a key role in supporting the goals to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal families.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support the Child Maternal Health Continuity of Care Protocol Program
- Develop and maintain effective systems and processes for administrative support
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and research to address complex issues
- Contribute to the delivery of key initiatives and provide executive-level support
The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating provision of executive support, developing systems, and providing administrative support services.
