About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to champion culturally responsive, patient-centred pharmacy care across South Australia.

This role supports the development and implementation of initiatives that improve medicine access, continuity of care, and health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Working closely with the Lead Pharmacist – Aboriginal Health, you'll deliver high-level pharmacy services, lead service improvements, and help drive cultural change within the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve medicine access, continuity of care, and health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
  • Deliver high-level pharmacy services and lead service improvements
  • Work closely with the Lead Pharmacist – Aboriginal Health to drive cultural change within the healthcare system
About You

You will be a pharmacist with hospital experience and a passion for improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

You will have a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and AHPRA registration.

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and AHPRA registration
  • Extensive hospital pharmacy experience with strong leadership and clinical judgement
  • Excellent communication, organisation and cultural responsiveness
