Role Summary:

Community Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to work in rural and remote communities, providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care and support services to individuals and families in rural and remote communities
  • Work collaboratively with local healthcare teams, including Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Medical Specialists
  • Develop and implement tailored healthcare plans to address the unique needs of Aboriginal communities

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration as a Nurse with the relevant state or territory regulatory body
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
