Job Title: Special Events Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate conferences and events from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless event execution.
About the Role:
- Coordinate conference and events business from point of event confirmation through to post-event follow-up
- Develop strong professional relationships with clients and maintain effective communication
- Prepare event planning documents as required
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery
- Host site inspections, pre-conference meetings, and post-conference reviews with clients
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Passionate about people and able to connect with diverse groups
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to build rapport with internal and external clients
- Adaptable and quick thinker with problem-solving skills who proactively assists where possible
- Organized with high attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously
- Knowledge of or previous experience in hotel event planning is an advantage
