Job Description

The Enterprise Change Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organisation to embed modern, consistent and measurable change management practice.


This role involves working with various stakeholders to facilitate enterprise change forums and groups, co-designing change tools and templates, and supporting organisational change capacity uplift projects.


The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience analysing data and producing reports that translate complex information into clear insights.


They will also be skilled at collaborating with project teams and business leaders to gather data, educate, and align strategic priorities, and deliver outcomes through structured delivery.


The ideal candidate will have experience managing key change initiatives and projects, contributing to the broader program of work that strengthens change capability across the organisation.


Working collaboratively, the successful candidate will provide exceptional analytical skills, strong communication, and stakeholder engagement, resulting in high-quality change management solutions.
