Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team as an Executive General Manager. This key position oversees business performance, strategy, and risk management.

About the Role
  • This executive leader will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and be a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • The successful candidate will lead a division encompassing Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.
  • They will hold formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee as Chief Risk Officer, ensuring robust and effective enterprise risk management.
  • This role requires driving performance, enabling agile and high-impact decision-making, and supporting the achievement of ambitious organisational goals.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a proven executive leader with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, and enterprise risk. Ideally, this individual should have experience in regulated environments, such as insurance or a similarly complex context.

A strong understanding of the public sector is essential. The successful candidate will possess the ability to generate strategic insights from complex data, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable value.

Demonstrated post-graduate qualifications and leadership skills are desirable, particularly in systems thinking and commitment to public value.
