As a Pharmacy Channel Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and profitability within the Pharmacy channel.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing customer plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop category, channel, and field sales plans.
  • Serving as the primary contact for all Nestlé-related inquiries, both internal and external.
  • Formulating action plans in response to changes in the market, retailer, or consumer dynamics.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop effective customer plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and drive results.
  • Demonstrated pharmacy channel sales experience is a must. Experience at Chemist Warehouse is a strong advantage.
