We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Regional Team as a Rehabilitation Consultant on a full-time or part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have an Australian recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractics, or Physiotherapy. They will also possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, a high level of customer service, punctuality, and effective time management skills.
This role involves working closely with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that support people to get well and return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting site assessments to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement Return to Work plans
- Designing and implementing programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Australian recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractics, or Physiotherapy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A high level of customer service
- Punctuality and effective time management skills
