  We are currently on the lookout for Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team in the Riverina Region You can choose from either of our locations Wagga Wagga, Albury or Shepparton

  About You
  
  You're someone who truly cares—empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to making a difference. You hold a Master's in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physio and you're registered with ASORC, AHPRA, AASW or ESSA.
  
  You're a natural communicator, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about guiding individuals through complex life changes. Whether you're helping someone reimagine their career or advocating for a supportive workplace, you do it with heart and purpose.
  
  The Role
  
  As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. Your work will go beyond case management—you'll help people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose.
  
  What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
