Compliance Manager Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to provide strategic compliance support and influence the compliance culture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and reporting breaches.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Oversight of breaches being appropriately identified, investigated, and reported.
- Identify all appropriate external regulatory frameworks relevant to financial services and apply or implement as relevant to facilitate compliance of breach reporting obligations.
- Inputting to the strategy for the compliance team.
- Providing compliance advice to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
">- Strong leadership skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines.
- Strong influencing skills and passion for compliance.
- Strong regulatory understanding and ability to form insights.
- Experience in compliance or risk management within financial services or general insurance.
