We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care to those who need it most, promoting overall well-being and happiness.

This role involves delivering holistic patient care with clinical expertise, creativity, and sensitivity. You will be responsible for monitoring chronic and palliative conditions, assessing wounds, and attending to dressings as per care plans. Additionally, you will provide personal care duties such as showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care.

As part of our nursing team, you will work closely with clients to offer social, emotional, and spiritual support. This includes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. We require someone with:

  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration with a minimum of 2 years' experience as an RN
  • Aged Care and Community Home Care experience, along with excellent customer service skills
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
  • The right to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • An up-to-date NDIS check
