About the Position

We're seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our Community Care Team. As a caregiver, you'll provide care to clients living in their own homes, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and daily living assistance to clients
  • Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification
  • Current Australian driver's licence and a roadworthy insured vehicle
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Confidence to pass relevant probity checks
