We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide exceptional care to residents in an aged care setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to ensure resident well-being and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of resident health, administering medications and treatments as required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote best practice care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Evaluate and address resident safety and comfort concerns, promoting dignity and independence.
- Support and educate families and staff on care-related matters through effective communication.
- Comply with regulatory and clinical standards to ensure quality care delivery.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
- Previous experience in aged care is highly regarded, although not mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will hold current Influenza Vaccine Record and be willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Australian Police Check is also desirable.
- Candidates must possess full working rights in Australia.
