Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customers' post-sales transformation and drive long-term value realization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning our offerings with customer goals and bringing industry thought-leadership to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate customers' journey to success and ensure predictable renewals.
  2. Foster strong relationships with C-Level executives to deliver on business outcomes and maximize the impact of our solutions across their business transformation initiatives.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that mitigate potential risks and drive value realization.
  4. Guide and inspire the Customer Success team to meet critical operational KPIs—adoption, technical health, renewals, customer satisfaction, and expansion.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale digital business transformations and acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and C-level customer executives.
  • Expertise in governance, strategy, and execution across cross-functional teams and a track record of delivering scalable, repeatable success.
  • A minimum of 15 years in a management consulting or leadership role at a top-tier consulting firm, solution consulting, or similar positions focused on technology-enabled business transformations (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software).
  • AI-driven mindset and experience in leveraging AI to drive work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
