Senior Transformation Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned executive with exceptional strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive our organizational transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement frameworks that align projects with our business vision, build internal capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Change Management: Design and lead change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Leadership Development: Inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and engagement.
  • Business Growth: Identify new opportunities for revenue generation and support the development of innovative service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading complex transformation programs and managing cross-functional teams.
  • PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2); Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and Agile certification desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk, influence stakeholders, and lead change at scale.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
