Overview:
Our client, a renowned brand in the electronics industry, is seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Operations Specialist to join their Accounts Receivable department at their Sydney Olympic Park Office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing service agents' Ecommerce Operations ledgers, collections, reconciliations, and credits.
About the Role:
The primary function of this role is to oversee the company's Ecommerce Operations, ensuring seamless transactions and accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include managing Direct to Consumer (D2C) transactions on E-commerce platforms, allocating daily settlement funds from Payment Gateway providers, reviewing ledgers for abnormal postings, and providing system support for online portal projects.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in an Ecommerce business unit, preferably in the FMCG sector. Advanced reconciliation skills and backend system expertise (SAP, Hybris, Payment Gateways) are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, are also required.
What We Offer:
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
