**About the Role**
As Traffic Manager you will support the team through ensuring incoming jobs have been briefed correctly, and then prioritising and allocating delivery of briefs based on requisite skills and capacity of the team. This will involve bringing your skills as a natural communicator, as well as a proactive mind set and keen problem-solving ability to address and resolve issues effectively and collaboratively.
Key activities will include:
- Manage operations and activities with the in-house digital team (UX, Social and automation) and design team to ensure timely delivery of quality assets and communication.
- Demonstrate an understanding of resources and workload to schedule work effectively and deliver projects on time.
- Manage a range of internal and external stakeholders to balance competing priorities and commercial outcomes
- Balance digital and design teams resources and workload to schedule work effectively and deliver multiple, simultaneous projects on time
- Daily follow-up on outstanding briefs, debriefs and approvals ensuring projects stay on track
- Maintain the effectiveness of the Project Management and Approval tools and support the delivery of training to ensure effective understanding of the tools across internal teams
- Manage print production via procurement system
- Manage warehouse stock levels and re-orders as required
- Manage associated production budgets including printing, warehousing and logistics with third party vendors in accordance with financial processes
- Update artwork files as required
- Lead and support the operations meeting to ensure priorities are managed and resourced effectively
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a Production Coordination, Traffic or Project Management role
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Excellent understanding of activities and operations of an in-house marketing department
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environment desirable
- Practical experience with Adobe Workfront Project Management and Proof HQ systems or equivalent work flow management tools required
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively build relationships and influence outcomes
