We're seeking an organized and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales L&D team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and great communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of Sales L&D training programs across the business.
  • Manage training calendars, course offerings, and logistics including LMS, catering, and communication.
  • Support reporting and analysis to track engagement, performance, and learning insights.
  • Keep learning content and materials updated, including toolkits, workbooks, and templates.
  • Drive communication strategies to maximise awareness, engagement, and participation in L&D initiatives.
