Job Responsibilities for Senior Training Specialist :

1. **Market Research and Analysis**: Gain an in-depth understanding of the local market, and undertake research on topics such as "brand localization, sales management, store management, user experience, and after-sales service".

2. **Curriculum System Development**: Based on frontline needs and local market research, conduct interviews/surveys, extract case studies, and develop standardized courses and training materials.

3. **Training Delivery and Implementation**: Lead the full-cycle delivery of local projects, collaborate with the local team, and ensure that project delivery meets requirements.

4. **Data-Driven Optimization**: Continuously iterate course content and delivery formats based on training data, sales results, and frontline feedback.

5. **Cross-Cultural Collaboration**: Work closely with the headquarters and overseas teams to ensure that training is aligned with business strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in languages, education, psychology, marketing, automotive engineering, or related fields.

2. At least 2 years of training experience in the automotive industry; those with experience in overseas market course development or delivery are preferred.

3. Fluent in English (able to teach in these languages as working languages); proficiency in daily Chinese communication is a plus.

4. Proficient in courseware development and office tools.
