  • Supervise projects with a value of over $10 million, ensuring adherence to BCA standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, establish testing procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and any issues.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to OH&S guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective subcontractor induction programs.
  • Promote excellent client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
