Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team.

About the Role
  • Effectively manage office or onsite activities to ensure successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the project runs according to plans with appropriately skilled staff available at required times to complete tasks.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical support personnel in completing assigned scope.
  • Manage work in accordance with project schedule and budget.
  • Effectively manage scope changes and trends identifying quantity, cost and time impacts.
  • Maintain professional and functional relationship with client personnel.
  • Unwavering dedication to safety and proven ability to achieve deadlines.
About You
  • Engineering degree from a recognised tertiary institute or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience working in mining and minerals studies and/or projects.
  • EPCM/EPC experience including supervision of contractors and field personnel will be looked upon favourably.
  • Previous experience in process plants and mining projects in operations or construction is essential.
  • Substantial exposure to project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication skill and ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment.
