Project Overview

The project involves managing all aspects of a construction project, including financial management, programming, documentation, contract administration and risk management.

Liaising with stakeholders, consultants, engineers and community members to ensure effective collaboration on the project.

Overseeing head contractors for their delivery of works, ensuring they meet project expectations, including workplace health and safety requirements.

Monitoring and reporting progress against project goals, objectives, approved budgets and timelines.

Ensuring the project is completed to a high standard before handover.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in managing commercial construction projects, preferably with a mix of commercial and civil infrastructure experience.
  • Possession of an engineering or construction management degree or relevant trade qualifications.
  • Demonstrated capacity in a senior project management role.
