Job Overview

The Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the organization's tax obligations. This includes ensuring robust tax governance, compliance, and managing tax-related risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of all tax compliance obligations across multiple entities/countries.
  • Providing and coordinating tax advice to business units across the group.
  • Managing the identification and resolution of taxation risks and technical issues regarding income tax, FBT, GST, and employment taxes.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives across the tax function.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CTA) with a strong academic background in taxation.
  • Experience in a large Australian corporate or with large multinational organizations is highly desirable.
  • Experience gained within a Big 4/Mid-tier environment will be considered advantageous.
