This is a full-time opportunity where you will support the pricing strategy on Australia's largest lending portfolio to deliver solutions across acquisition, repricing, customer retention unit and fixed rate rollover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of robust analytical capabilities to drive portfolio pricing optimisation and execute strategic pricing changes and initiatives.
  • Help identify and lead pricing initiatives, supported by strong collaboration and effective communication within the pricing team and across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the pricing team's focus on developing insights and analytics, providing pricing tool support, and enhancing reporting, governance and project management.
  • Ad-hoc data analysis and deep dives to support decision making, and effectively communicate complex material in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Monitor and act on competitor, regulatory, customer and industry changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years financial services experience in a high-performing environment within retail banking, product, risk or finance.
  • Home buying product/pricing experience within a finance or equivalent discipline will be highly regarded.
  • Proven delivery and execution experience with ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Commercial acumen and professional judgement with the ability to make recommendations and draw out insights.
  • Degree qualified in a business, finance or scientific field.
