Key Responsibilities:- Manage pricing escalations and review deals tailored for the market.
- Facilitate business reviews focusing on regional considerations.
- Enforce adherence to standard processes, rules, and policies.
- Drive tool utilization and propose enhancements.
- Provide pricing recommendations during deal development.
- Measure, monitor, and report select performance metrics.
- Offer Competitive Intelligence on pricing strategies specific to the region.
- Monitor large opportunities and facilitate timely reviews.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Cultural awareness to support international teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of sales/buying cycles and identifying regional sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across functions.
- Ability to analyze information and convey insights clearly.
- Strong ethical awareness and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience; specifically within the IT industry space.
