Job Overview

The Boarding Supervisor role plays a pivotal part in the lives of our young people, assisting the Head of Boarding with daily operations and providing essential student pastoral support.

This key position requires a proactive physical presence and supervision both on campus and during daily activities.

  • Provide assistance to the Head of Boarding, involving the care and welfare of students and general boarding house functions.
  • Assist with daily routines, supervising students and maintaining the overall functionality of the boarding house.
  • Ensure students adhere to established routines, methods, and procedures.
  • Supervise student activities and outings as required.

This role is crucial to the growth and development of boarders residing in the Boarding houses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tutoring, nursing, youth work, or residential care experience.
  • Develop strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrate personal maturity and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
  • Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Duty of Care certifications.
  • Obtain a current LR bus license within one month of employment.
  • Possess a Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
