  • Understand market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop marketing strategies with a focus on excellence
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform senior management decisions
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Portfolio Management: Own the fragrance portfolio, ensuring effective management of product assortment, launch sizing, forecasting, and product lifecycle.
  2. Market Insight & Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies with a strong focus on excellence.
  4. Brand Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform senior management decisions.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand growth through engaging consumer, media, PR, digital strategy, retail, and trade activations.

About You: We're seeking an experienced professional with a background in product and portfolio management, preferably in the beauty industry or similar FMCG environment.
