About The Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of and managing our Fragrance portfolio, one of the most daring, bold, and boundary-pushing beauty brands.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to help shape the future of an iconic and fast-growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our Fragrance portfolio including product assortment management, launch sizing, forecasting and product lifecycle management.
- Understand and analyse market context and trends, consumer insights and competitive landscapes to identify portfolio growth opportunities.
- Campaign marketing strategy development, implementation, and execution management, with a strong focus on excellence.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, including product sales, pricing, profitability, market share, rankings, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise brand marketing and category strategies to contribute to continued growth for the brand, achieve business objectives and build long-term consumer relationships.
- Accurately plan and track spend, meeting financial objectives.
- Own the brand guidelines to maintain brand identity, ensuring that all actions align with the sense of purpose while nurturing the brand.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand and category growth through a solid, engaging consumer, media, PR, digital strategy, retail, and trade activations.
- Support the brand education team to ensure a proper understanding, recommendation, and usage of the products to drive sales.
About You
You will have previous experience with Product & portfolio management including forecasting and launch sizing, ideally in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environment, with an understanding of a luxury retail brand.
Requirements
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop long term product and marketing strategies leveraging consumer & market insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
