About the role and you
You'll be an early member of our Agent Implementation team. You'll play a crucial role in building the strategic foundation of our post-sales organization.
You'll serve as both a strategic advisor to enterprise customers and an organizational builder internally. This role combines hands-on customer engagement with strategic thinking.
You don't need to be a technical expert, but you should be comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.

Responsibilities
  • Translate AI capabilities into clear business value and ROI for C-suite executives.
  • Design scalable post-sales processes and implement them.
  • Lead multiple AI agent launches simultaneously and document best practices.
  • Influence how subscribers approach AI transformation by developing change management strategies.
  • Present confidently to senior stakeholders and build consensus across competing priorities.
  • Architect solutions that connect Lorikeet's AI to specific business outcomes.
  • Bridge business and technology by learning AI/ML concepts and partnering with engineering.
  • Solve complex integration challenges with strategic thinking.
