Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Officer to assume key responsibilities in accounts and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable data entry, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Prepare and dispatch monthly client invoices for payment.
  • Process payroll and address payroll-related queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements within our accounting software, guaranteeing financial accuracy.
  • Ensure the reconciliation of creditor statements on a regular basis.
  • Compile comprehensive reports for creditors and debtors.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance role.
