The role of the Swim School Operations Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a swim school, including managing a team and implementing programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and promoting aquatic programs in line with established standards, achieving set key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the smooth operation of the swim school.
